I spent some time looking at photos and that was kind of cool, especially of Monterey Bay where I spent my High School and College years...I thought the pics from the Library of Congress were interesting. The "Clemens Reads" site was a great idea, I liked it a lot...and of course Lee Lefever and his explanations were easily understoon and greatly appreciated.

This is a copy of a Mellard's photo of "The Lone Cypress" at Pebble Beach Ca...This little tree is a symbol for strength...it's roots grip cracks in the rocks and survives and thrives against all odds...I love this place and miss California.

Yes I am STILL on thing 4...I have been on thing 4 for 4 years...
I have gone from not getting any information to getting way way way too much information...
It is kinda cool to find all my news etc in one place...now I just need to find the time to either edit all the lists and delete the crazy or weird posts (thanks Britt) or read it all. And I know that that is not gonna happen.
I am still wondering how I can use these skills and new tools to help our patrons. Something library wide I will be able to support with my new knowledge and will at least know what people are talking about. But as far as one of us initiating anything...uh probably not.
I am now moving on to #5...I swear...
